I am certified in spiritual direction through the Stillpoint Center for Christian Spirituality. I am grounded in the Christian tradition and hold a Master of Arts in Religion from the Iliff School of Theology where I learned great respect for all the wisdom traditions. For over 25 years I have been participating in and leading spiritual formation programs in local churches.

I attend monthly meetings with my own spiritual director and I receive supervision by a Stillpoint trained supervisor. My highest goal is to show respect for the agency of my companions. I believe in the capacity of individuals to act independently and make thier own free choices.
